When running Hardhat tests, the Hardhat accounts used do not have any HTS token balance. Usually, the first step in these tests is to provide Hardhat accounts with some balance to create the test setup.

Consider extending the Hardhat configuration to set up HTS token balances for Hardhat test accounts.
