Would be nice if we also could inspect packages and so on.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, do you mean to show package etc in the outline? But it may take time, because I think sqltools doesn't support package right now and i maybe need to pull issue to add that. Besides package, what else do you want to show?
What shown below is the things that sqltools can support:

hard to say what contextvalue matches what in oracle

i think function, schema and database is what currently can be added.
