[Enhancement]: aws_rds_global_cluster global dns endpoint

Description

AWS now has a dns record that points to the global reader. There doesn't appear to be a way to get that from terraform. It would be nice to have an attribute for it.

Potential Terraform Configuration

resource "aws_route53_record" "main" {
...
records = [aws_rds_global_cluster.main.endpoint]
}

The resource aws_rds_global_cluster also doesn't support tags though they are available in the AWS console and cli
