perl 5.19.5+ includes List::Util 1.33+ as a core module, so replacing List::MoreUtils::any with it can reduce (non-core) dependencies.

However, maybe projects using Test::WWW::Stub already depend on List::MoreUtils, so real-world impact is maybe small ;-)
