Case-sensitive file names on a case-insensitive filesystem

Hi,

I have the following error when i try to clone the repo on a case insensitive filesystem :
warning: the following paths have collided (e.g. case-sensitive paths
on a case-insensitive filesystem) and only one from the same
colliding group is in the working tree:

'Work/Route_Sender/bin/Test.txt'
'Work/Route_Sender/bin/test.txt'
fatal: unable to checkout working tree

Could it be possible to rename 1 of those 2 files ?
