Fix python3 reference in tasks/postinstall.yml #117

The python postinstall script used the python2 package list in the python3 task.
On CentOS 8, the deploy fails, reporting that it cannot find the python2 package.
Changed it to the python3 variable, and deploy works fine.

My final rebuild failed on this task. Something else needs fixing.
Hold the pull until I can figure out what the problem is.

I had set "docker_pip_upgrade: true" which was causing some weird "pip not found" errors.
Good to pull; if you are willing
