Initial support for installation of Docker plugins #78

Docker plugins can extend parts in Docker like authorization and logging etc. Docker daemon won't start if for example a authorization plugin is configured.

Need some kind of best effort support for adding plugins.

Implementation is best effort for the time being but need to see if it is worth to try to handle it in this role in the long run.
