Doc 264 glossary (#1393)

Updated and expanded the main HZC Platform glossary with the Flow
glossary, and also relevant terms, abbreviations and acronyms from the
glossary on the main HZC web site.

Note - I haven't included the backport label because Flow is recent so
please advise.
