Nuget package forcibly replaces HtmlAgilityPack with version 1.4.9 #14

This is a very annoying action. If you install the later version of HtmlAgilityPack first, and then install HtmlAgilityPack.CssSelector, it will be forced to reduce to 1.4.9, which makes me delay for 4 hours.
