I would like an option to fail the build if there are any cycles and it would be nice if the build was a bit more verbose about what cycles were detected
As a workaround I am currently using maven-enforcer-plugin with the requireFilesDontExist rule to check there are no package_tangle or class_tangle files generated by highwheel-maven
