Can't get remote option to work with 2024 tv #709

I have my automation code running and it's working fine on my older Tizen 2020 tv but when I run the tests on the newer 2024 Tizen tv the remote is not working. Is there a limitation or something that changed in the latest version that could have broken this functionality. Is there anywhere I can look to see an error log.
