Ability to tag Bookmarks for a specific Character

Not sure how complicated this would be, but I personally put a Note on a bookmark to denote what character of mine I feel they either may best mesh with or do regularly play with. Would it be possible to have those bookmarks, when online, show in my list as a different color?

For example if I am online with AA, Bookmarks 1, 3, 8 show as Gold color when they are online. If I am online with BB, then Bookmarks 2, 4, 5 are a different color and 1, 3, 8 are their normal color since they are NOT tagged as a bookmark for BB.

Perhaps this could be expanded to Friends as well. If AA is online people friended with them specifically are another color than other friends making it easy to see if AA has friends online.
