Update Examples to Reflect Latest Version and Best Practices

Hi HeavyCharting team,

I noticed that the examples provided in the repository seem to be outdated. It would be really helpful if they could be refreshed to better reflect the current capabilities of HeavyCharting.

Additionally, I would like to know which versions of Crossfilter and dc.js the library is currently based on. This information would help ensure compatibility and make it easier to integrate HeavyCharting with existing projects.
