Vagrantfile links to an unaccessible box #2

The lxc-preseed box linked in Vagrantfile is access protected, ending with HTTP 403 error thus making the Vagrantfile pretty much useless.

Could the box be made accessible, or the Vagrantfile modified to point to non-restricted resources? Right now, the repository is not very useful :(
