Question: set the name of the outputfile #7

Though I'm not 100% certain I believe setOutputFile doesn't respect the given file name. Passing a value image.jpg will result in image.jpg.jpeg being created.

Is there a way to fully control the file name of the output?

I'm currently working on that one. That's also related to #1 IMO
