Define ChainID and Network in packages/apps/src/types/chain.ts
Configure the chain file in the packages/apps/src/config/chains directory
Export the configuration file in the packages/apps/src/config/chains/index.ts
Add new chain to packages/apps/src/utils/chain.ts
