--default-config command line argument

I've found myself creating an empty file e.g. touch empty.toml file and then hx -c empty.toml when making changes to helix's codebase to make sure my config options don't interfere with the default experience

It would be nice to be able to pass --default-config to make Helix skip searching for config files.
