Open a scratch buffer and place the cursor on some text, press space and select the following actions, they give inconsistent results:

S ✅

Image

d ❌

NOTHING

D ❌

EMPTY PICKER

a ✅

Image

k ❌

WRONG COLOR, should be a red warning

WRONG COLOR, should be a red warning
