Problem you are trying to solve

I still don't understand what is an "enabled rule". Is it enabled to block or to allow a connection?

Suggested solution

Use "enabled" or "disabled" just as a mark, or a single letter.
Use "Blocked" or "Allowed" to describe a rule.
A disabled rule is just lick a draft, means nealy nothing. Just a rule that is complicated to re-set, so we leave it there to further put it in action to permit or not a connection.
I just can't use your software, which should be VERY important. But it is confusing.
