check your DNS settings and then restart PCSCF

Hi Kuanghanqian,

Sorry to bother you.
I'm busy setting up one set of IMS+open5Gs test environment.
One issue has blocked me some days, would you like to instruct me to investigate the questions. My trouble is:

my pcpf can't be ping, perhaps, my DNS configuration has some problems, but I don't know what's wrong.
