Register button does not become grey if one tries to register within allowed window, but after another registration

If one tries to register within allowed time window, but after another registration, an information box appears informing that someone else has already registered. The registration button is however still green.
Expected behavior:
The green button should turn grey and unclickable when someone else registers and the information box appears.

This bug was discovered recently at a company presentation in the hangar.
Although hard to come by, the bug may cause great confusion to our most active and loyal users, as they are the ones most likely to experience the phenomenon of independent repeated registration.
Therefore, it will be given utmost priority in the coming time.
