See https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HHH-15043, where I did it manually, because I deleted https://hibernate.atlassian.net/browse/HHH-15043
Deleting issues is not an option on issues.redhat.com, apparently. I suspect it requires Jira admin privileges.

deleted: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HSEARCH-5095 moved: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/HSEARCH-1808 (though I'm not sure what webhook events will be sent in this case... maybe I'll test it on JIRATEST1/2 projects ...)
Applied this to Search and ORM (for ORM missed the transition part, so the issues won't show up as closed, but all are archived)
Looking at the remaining issues:
project = HSEARCH AND summary ~ "Sync issue placeholder" AND key < HSEARCH-5262 ORDER BY created DESC
and
project = HHH AND summary ~ "Sync issue placeholder" AND key < HHH-18771 ORDER BY created DESC
there are 4/6 issues that are not synced. but when I tried to sync them, I'm getting a:
Access Denied You don't have permission to access "rest/api/2/issue/HSEARCH-4910?" on this server.
will see if I can figure out why ... (because it fails even if I send a request not from the app)
Sorry, something went wrong.
