 目前中科大、清华镜像都已经关闭。直接通过prompt下载很慢，并且经常会出现HTTPERROR导致下载失败。
 所以可以提前下载好压缩包，然后离线下载，这样就不容易出现下载到一半下载失败令人苦恼的情况。
