I turned off and on sometimes call copy q / opens a text file. how to fix? pictures saves only, but text no way. the header can be seen saves

Can you post steps to reproduce the problem and explain what is expected? I have hard time understanding the video.

I try to write like this, it doesn't save the text and now it pops up a text file with the last saved text. instead of the application.
