Avoid timeouts when retrieving Nexus dependency details #20

If the nexus repo is down or slow builds are slowed as well. Find a way to mitigate this as much as possible. This could be done by caching nexus responses locally for example.

Or just warn that bobby cannot run due to unavailable dependencies and continue the build?

but if we continue the build we risk passing a build that should have failed.
