Resolves #509

This PR adds url synchronization for the selected nomenclature:

  • if nextstrain is selected, variant urls are nextstrain; if pangolin is selected, urls are pangolin. It also updates the links that the variant badges and cluster buttons use
  • routes for all lineages are created, so they can be accessed directly
  • accessing a lineage route automatically sets the nomenclature to pango (=> clicking on pango link will switch to pango nomenclature)
