Vitest behaves different in with wdio, playwright, preview providers #264

Vitest provides one test API but I see different results amongst their providers.

For their preview provider, see #259

Currently, playwright works better for C(L)I mode. There are some issues doing hover after hover on a popup behavior, which might be connected to more newer browser APIs and probably issues with that.
