Describe the issue you are experiencing

I have an Aeotec Zi-Stick, flashed with OpenThread firmware:

  1. Using Aeotec Zi-Stick, flash firmware following instructions on this page: https://aeotec.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000270951-update-zi-stick-to-thread-or-zigbee-with-python-3-9-and-windows
  2. Install OTBR on Home Assistant.
  3. Configure OTBR to use the USB port of the Zi-Stick
  4. Start OTBR

I see the following in the log when disconnecting and connecting the USB stick:
