Integration categories

Introduction:
I was looking for garbage integrations. https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations should be a starting point (or so I thought). The garbage integrations were grouped under the "sensor" category along with a lot of other stuff which is not very useful.
I also noticed that there is a "postal service" category (https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/#postal-service). This got me thinking: Could we create some better categories integrations?

Easy fixes:
Adding a few categories for common services might go a long way in cleaning up the categories and giving the current mis fits a place of their own.

Postal services is such an example, but it might even be too specific. Instead, the following categories could be used:

Option 1: one size fits all

• Business services: shopping, food delivery, garbage collection, postal, packages, banking, etc.

Option 2: business categories

• Pickup & Delivery: anyone who comes by your house
• Shopping: anyone from who you purchase products
• Business services: anyone from who you purchase services

Option 3: product categories

• Postal services: mail and packages
• Food delivery: delivery of prepared food
• Grocery: shopping lists and/or delivery of unprepared food.
• Garbage collection: garbage pickup
• Etc... This list can grow with business categories like banking, telecom,

Personally, I like option 2 and see how we can improve from there.

If we want to dive into more detail, we could look at splitting off the core integrations or (dare I say it) looking at extending or duplicating the categories to hacs.
