HA disconnects from the Internet #139025

Almost same issue here. HA says connection lost, restarting but never restarts. Only a hard boot of my mini pc running HA wil fix the issue. |
What exactly do you mean by "disconnects from internet"? Please show us your log file and provide as much details as possible about your issue, thx 👍 |
Hi,
I am not at home at the moment.
I get a message in on the bottom of the page which says connection lost
trying to reconnect which it doesn't do until a hard (power) reboot of the
system.
First occured in the night from Wednesday to Thursday, then agajn the
following night and the entire morning yesterday. Rest of the day fine
until right after bed time.
Restored a backup from last Monday when everything was stil stable but saw
on the companion app the system was down again half an hour after I left.
All other internet connected devices work just fine.
Which log file do you need.
Core or Supervisor?
Tests in supervisor seems fine besides some Zigbee errors.
I will try to send you some log files when I get home.

Hi Michael,
Attached the log files,
I left the house around 10.22 am, checked my companion app around 11.20am and realised there was no connetion again. Was able to restart the system by shutting down and restarting the sytstem via the Tuya plug on which the X86-64 system is running my Ha setup.
I have zero issues on any other device running on my router.
Like i said earlier, everything was running fine up until wednesday night. I restored a backup from before wednesday and just after i left the house today the connection was lost again. Restarted remote via the Tuya plug and system has been up and running fine again since then.
I am a bit lost as to why i suddenly have these problems
Any help would be appreciated because i am a bit lost as to where things have gone wrong

I think I know which message you mean, but a screenshot would help to clarify it.
Further if you have access, then core and supervisor log might be helpful.
Another check is to restart HA in safe mode<https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/troubleshooting_general/#restarting-home-assistant-in-safe-mode> and check if the issue still occur.

Please don't reply via mail, instead use the WebUI of Github. This helps to avoid information loss (like attachments 😉). Further, did you already tried the safe mode? |
I just came home so i haven't tried safe mode yet, i will as soon as i need to restart again if the HA system loses connection and won't reconnect. System info: Core 2025.2.5 |
The problem
Hi, last 3 days i have problem every morning after 5AM HA disconnect from Internet but locally everything works, only restart HA will fix this problem, Cloud Integrations and HACS will stop working, logs clear, internet work good, its strange because HA Cloud works.
