I do not typically keep my dock at the top of my screen, but I'd like to. I imagine most people don't because having the dock and then their web-browsing tabs looks pretty weird. However, if you could move the tabs into the dock (I'm not talking about site specific browsing or a progressive web app. Literally just have a regular tab in your dock with the same functionality) as well as the min, max, close options, I think a lot more people would do it. It's also a similar vain to what the intent of this project was similarly for, removing an extra bar that could be condensed. So to hopefully make it more clear what I'm looking for, in the screenshot I'd like the tabs to be where the giant empty rectangle is and the min, max, close button to be where the smaller empty rectangle is.
There is actually already a way to do this for the min, max, close button here - https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/426/window-buttons/, just no way to move the tabs there. Maybe there's a vertical line between desktop apps and web apps/tabs opened by desktop apps.
