[Enhancement] Better Hovering Dash Icons Animations

Problem:
Currently the Hovering Over Icons animations aren't very good (IMHO).
Currently the hovering over icons animations are stiffer than they should and impair the usability of actually clicking on the icons. Animations shouldn't mess with the positioning of the icons in a way that makes it harder to hit the app you're trying to select with a click. The provided customization options don't help to alliviate the problem that much.

Solution:
There's another extension, called Dash2Dock Animated, which implements hovering over icons animations quite better.
You should check what they're doing. Their animations are much more fluid and responsive. On their implementation, for whatever reason, it didn't felt like the animations made the app icons harder to click.
