Update to 1.13. Very very close

Hi, I'm trying to update your plugin to 1.13 and I'm almost done, the new ChunkGenerator is correctlys set but for some reason when I enter in the world_islandcraft I find a "normal world" with a gigantic island and an ocean. Can you help me?

By the way, because I am not familiar with github I made another repository here

It compiles without errors but when I enter the world_islandcraft I find the normal world without islands, just like you.
