"Change source" popup always available when tap on coin logo

Unfortunately when the coin runs properly (sync is ok) this shortcut is disabled. Why?

It is very fast and comfortable changing a source from that position on the fly, even if all is fine.

For example:

Ethereum sync is unstable (sync goes ahead and come back intermittently). I can changing the source even in the moment the sync runs properly.

The "retry" button can act as "force refresh manually" or "reconnect" in all the situations.
