Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of now, the status of entity will be updated when user refresh the page (either by getting back from odk to fmtm or when some new user gets into the page) but this behavior needs internet connection.
when user is on the field, we can't expect them to be online everytime.

Describe the solution you'd like
Provide Offline support for field mapper to update feature status while being offline. User should be able to view the updated status without need of internet connection may be through webhooks.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Until the feature is not integrated, we should clearly document that syncing the feature status needs internet connection. May be on mapper's guide section or anywhere on docs. FAQ section can also be option.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
