Convert ODK XML instance file to GeoJson

usage: odk2geojson [-h] [-v [VERBOSE]] -i INSTANCE [-o OUTFILE]

options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -v [VERBOSE], --verbose [VERBOSE]
      verbose output
  -i INSTANCE, --instance INSTANCE
      The instance file(s) from ODK Collect
  -o OUTFILE, --outfile OUTFILE
      The output file for JOSM
