What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

The fulfillment app needs to show the user the option to remove their facility from online inventory. Even if their facility participates in multiple channels, the fulfillment app user will use a global toggle that will remove the facilities from inventory groups of all channels and add the facility back to the same channels.

Need to talk to @patelanil on how this data will be saved on server side so that we can do bulk member operations.
