Current behavior

The error message shown is "Login failed. Please contact the administrator", which is misleading and does not accurately describe the issue.

Expected behavior

The system should display a clear and relevant error message indicating that the user does not have access due to the lack of product store association.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login the 'Users' app with Admin account and create a user with no product store association.
Assign the roles Preorder_App_View and Merchandising_Admin to the user's security group.
Attempt to log in to the application using the newly created user credentials.
Observe the error message displayed on the login screen.
