I have an (old, blue-light style) Logitech G15. It has keys for "Previous Track", "Next Track", "Stop" and "Play/Pause".
I have installed this package on Arch and linked the .so file to the Jellyfin Media Player. JMP is installed via pacman, it's not a flatpak.
With this setup, the "Play/Pause" works fine, but the "Previous/Next Track" keys don't work at all. The "Stop" key stops playback, but it does not match the behaviour of the media player's stop button. I cannot also not start the playback again afterwards (though the media player's stop button completely quits the playback, it wouldn't work there either).
Now I'm not sure if this is the right place to report this bug, but since it worked for Play/Pause I assume that at least the Previous/Next Track keys should work as expected. I have checked my keys, they work as expected in VLC.
Arch Linux x86_64
Kernel Linux 6.9.3-arch1-1
KDE Plasma 6.0.5
jellyfinmediaplayer 1.10.1
mpv-mpris 1.1-1

Thanks. Those are already set up correctly, e.g. "Media Playback next:" is set to "Media Next". I reassigned the key to make sure it's the correct one, didn't change anything.
