功能改进

希望能增加 IMDB/豆瓣 评分选项。 默认的tmdb 对于一些冷门电影经常出现不合理分数，甚至有些电影评分因为人少，直接评10分。导致电影按评分排序的话会出现一些烂片反而排序更靠前。

如果这个功能不好实现。也可以考虑来一个设置，比如tmdb 评分人数少于100 (我记得tmdb返回值里面有评分人数这一项) 的评分不做数，按0 算。

这两个功能都是小功能，可能不适合作为基础设置。能作为插件添加也可以。

发现tmm支持设定以imdb评分为主要评分。

这个 就是 tmm 中评分为10分的电影 . 完全没有任何名声。不过我也发现个问题，就是这个电影连imdb id 都没有。这样的话就无法拿到imdb 评分。建议tmdb评分里面加一个阈值，比如超过100个 vote 才算有效评分。
