Can't intsall using pip

pip install -i https://test.pypi.org/simple/ htm.core
getting following error
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement htm.core (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for htm.core

My python version is : 3.8.2

I looked at other issues which suggest installing from .whl file from releases
But couldn't find .whl file for OSX for latest version :v2.1.16

PyPi only has python 3.7. You will need to do a full build from sources. It's not hard, just follow the instructions in the README.md
