In this repository are the scripts I taught in PBIO4280 (senior undergradaute majors), PBIO/MCB 5280 (graduate students) cross-listed "Laboratory in Genomics Techniques" course. This course offers hands-on experience in genomics techniques, including bioinformatics, molecular phylogenetics, DNA manipulation, DNA sequencing, fragment analysis, protein biochemistry, yeast two-hybrid, RNA operation, quantitative PCR, microarray and RNA-Seq transcriptomics analysis.
