Steps to run linux-0.11 on Ubuntu:
    1 build the code
    $ make

    2 unzip hdc-0.11-new.img in tools/bochs/ folder, this file is the root file system(MINIX).
    $ tar zxvf tools/bochs/hdc-0.11-new.tar.gz -C ./tools/bochs/

    3 run bochs(2.4.6)
    $ bochs -f ./tools/bochs/bochsrc/bochsrc-hd.bxrc 

Notes: 
    1 Based on the tigercn version(Reference: http://www.oldlinux.org/oldlinux/viewthread.php?tid=13681) I rename the original "README" file to "README.old". Thanks to tigercn !
    2 Tested on Ubuntu 12.04.1(Bochs 2.4.6)

Change Log:
    1 Add the MINIX root file hdc-0.11-new.img
    1 Add "display_library:sdl" at the beginning of bochsrc-hd.bxrc file
    2 Modify the path of "ata0-master" attribute in bochsrc-hd.bxrc file
