Should we add a license field for the Hub repository, maybe in the admin.json file?

So I think the license is actually specified by each team for their specific model output data: https://github.com/Infectious-Disease-Modeling-Hubs/hubTemplate/blob/main/hub-config/model-metadata-schema.json

But it raises an interesting question regarding what does that mean about data at the hub level

I support adding a license field to the admin.json config file that would cover any hub-specific code/workflows/setup, and perhaps would serve as a default license for any models that do not specify a license. We could make it clear in the documentation how/where this license applies.

I suggest coordinating a schema update and documentation update to solve this issue.
