Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to use the tiling feature from AutoEncoderKL in the AutoencoderKLTemporalDecoder.

Describe the solution you'd like.
Implement tiling with the AutoencoderKLTemporalDecoder

Describe alternatives you've considered.
Manually tile the input image and do the blending in image space.

Thanks for reporting that this requires support! If you would like to help contribute this, please do open a PR and we would be happy to help with any issues that arise, but otherwise I have had refactoring and supporting spatial/framewise tiling, and making the implementations consistent on my list of tasks. cc @DN6
