I implement your code but get poor performance as follows:

acc (cm): 6.189
comp (cm): 10.146
chamfer (cm): 8.167
prec: 0.651
recal: 0.502
fscore: 0.565

The hyperparameters are all unchanged.
The model is trained with batch_size=2 on RTX 6000 GPU.
Can you provide the training and testing log file for reference?
