Electricity switch to control the charge

To preserve my vacuum's battery life, I would like to limit the charge to 80%.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to have a charging switch, so with an automation I can check if battery is >= 80% and turn it off.
I could also use this to charge it off-peak the way I want, not only using off-peak hours in the app.
