Changes to coincide with Hummingbird v2 alpha release.

  • Rewritten to use structured concurrency.
  • EventLoop APIs no longer exist
  • Added HBRedisConnectionPoolService a Redis connection pool that conforms to Service
  • Redis is no longer available from HBApplication
