Update your configFile for specific type( *.data, *.cfg, *.names - files used trainning yolov3)
Start: python app.py or flask run to start server.

Websibe for user can interact by UI to detect a butterfly
Start: yarn then yarn dev

Server is implemented on python 3.7 (it has already fixed on python 3.6)
