Realtime compiler not serving search index for uncompiled sites when using custom docs output directory #19

Reproduce:

Set documentation page output directory to '', visit a documentation page, the search script will try to load /search.json, but the realtime compiler only serves /docs/search.json. However, if the site is built, then the file is properly served.

Maybe we could improve on this and make the whole implementation less hacky by using InMemoryPages
